Work with world-class products – from wagyu beef to caviar, you’ll be shaping the UK’s finest meat range for top restaurants, hotels and retailers.

With supplier visits and trade fairs both in the UK and abroad, you’ll build global connections and stay ahead of market trends. You’ll own the Meat category, leading supplier partnerships, negotiating contracts and driving NPD to strengthen market leadership.

Sitting at the heart of Purchasing & Supply Chain, you’ll directly impact business performance, working closely with the Board, Sales and Senior Management. And you’ll get flexible hybrid working, with three days in the office and two from home after probation.

What you’ll do

As a Senior Buyer within the Purchasing and Supply Chain team, you will develop the category by researching, analysing and forecasting current and future trends, identifying varied sources of products within - and without limitation – Meat category (full range + cured meats + meat alternatives).

Supported by a team of purchasing assistants, you will be responsible for order processing, forecasting, supplier relationships and data management of our Meat range within the UK.

What you’ll need

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supply chain / purchasing position with comprehensive knowledge of the meat industry
• Strong IT skills with experience using Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems
• Passion for high quality produce and cooking
